[16.22] [Minor bug] Trains doesn't clip to ONE station

Hello,

A really minor (and odd) bug occured to me while placing new locos next to station : on one station (and only this one) the locomotive doesn't clip to the station when placing it down.

I included a savefile to reproduce (hopefully) the bug :

1) load the savefile.
2) try to place a loco next to the station just below the character.
3) the loco won't clip.
4) the loco will clip to the other stations nearby.
