89% through startup progress ("Loading sprites ...") I receive an error message and crash to desktop. Non-factorio memory usage was 4.7GB of 32GB. The rest of the relevant system details are in the crash log. I have attached the log and dump as requested in the error message.
The crash is specific to 0.16.3 and does not occur in 0.16.2.

Happens to me too. Only base mods enabled. Graphics settings on highest.
