[16.2] Server crash on player join (ElectricSubNetwork::getDemand)

After changing from version 0.16.1 to 0.16.2, one of my servers seems to crash once a player joins after starting the server.

Attached is the server log and a link to the most recent map save.

Yes, it's the same server. Factorio One #01a is the name. I managed to get the server save file since I'm the one that runs that specific server.
