[16.1][Win10] Burner Inserter failing to self feed fuel

On grabbing the first coal to start it stop before inserting into its self and says no fuel

Thanks for the report. This is a duplicate of viewtopic.php?f=7&t=54604 and fixed for the next version of 0.16.
