[0.15.38] Blueprint + Inserter directions

Upon updating to 0.15.38 it seems that blueprints got borked. As shown in the gif below they always face the same direction in the preview.
Note: When blueprint is placed to be built they're facing the correct way. Only the preview is wrong.

This is not the inserter direction and it has not changed in .38: 51001
