Game Crashes 1 minute after entering main menu Steam Version

I have no idea what i am doing, but i tried looking at overlays, turning them all off, nothing. tried turning off LAN programs, nothing. got into the game once, but no 'internal ip address', and same problem occured. apparently i am missing a file from the crash report but i have no clue.

this crash only occurs on online gameplay, singleplayer seems to ignore or not use what ever is missing in this crash report.
