Right-click cancelling of pending crafts no longer works.

I believe the same change also broke right-clicking on the elements at the top of the blueprint window to remove all of that element.

Duplicate of viewtopic.php?f=30&t=48358, fixed for the next release. This also includes blueprint right-clicking.
