Shift-right-click to copy then shift-left-click-and-drag to paste multiple items is great. However, it looks like it doesn't work on train cargo wagons:
Line up at least three cargo wagons.
Open the first one, and set a filter on one of the slots and limit it a bit.
Close it again.
Shift-right-click the edited cargo wagon.
Now move your cursor to the second cargo wagon, and shift-left-click-and-drag from there over the others.
Open the first cargo wagon, it has the filter and limit still set. Good.
Open the second cargo wagon, it has the filter and limit set. Good.
Open the third cargo wagon, or any after it, it does not have the filter and limit set. Bad!
Looks like it only works on the first one you drag-paste to.
