Steam stored in storage tanks shows as water in wire network
As the title says, when I store steam in a storage container and connect up the container using green or red wired to a wire network, the container reports as having water inside. Also, there is no option to check the level of steam in the network (e.g. I can't set up an inserter to place a nuclear cell into the reactor when steam level goes low, I have to set it to check for water level)
