Crash on 0.15.8

Attached is the offending save.

What I was doing:
Walked up a bit from the save file starting location, grabbed a bunch of ammo and grenades from the clogged belt which triggered the machines to start working again. Then I lost power, so I made my way up north to the main engines, as I got close to the coal drills, it crashed.
