[0.10.0] Biters in large groups stop chasing me

I've been fighting biters by doing hit-and-runs with the car, but when I was attacking the most recent base, the biters gathered in large numbers then some of them just stop chasing me. I didn't play far enough before this update to know if this is the previously-reported biter freezing, but the threads I looked at regarding that had posts saying that it should be fixed for 0.10.0, so either this is something different or it's not actually fixed. The biters that stop moving don't start chasing again if I shoot them, but they will start chasing me again if I get close enough to them, but I have to get much closer than their normal activation range.

I can't really attach my save (actually, I can, and this forum doesn't have strikethrough or that'd be struck out) because it is apparently 38 MB (I thought this was odd at first, but I realized that it's due to replays.), so the best I can do is post screenshots. The small group of biters to the left in the first screenshot are the only ones actually chasing me.

Hi, the save would be really useful - is it 38MB zipped?

The save is linked above. It was 38 MB in the save folder and in .zip format, so I'm assuming that's as compressed as you're expecting?
