[0.12.8] Chain signals blue without train?

I'm not sure, if this is bug:

All signals for the roundabout are blue. Why? In my understanding they should be green.

Either way the track is a bug too. We need a way to break entire systems that use loops.

Indeed I searched for "chain signal" instead of "chain signals" or better "chain signal*". One "s" too less. Like in silk.
