[2.0.21] Perpendicular underground belt entries get immediately removed when ghost smart building belts across them

Post by dratini0 »

What did you do?
Ghost-build a belt run over a row of underground belt entries, perpendicular to the direction of the new belt. I built it right to left, on the fifth row of this design:

What happened?
Several underground belt entries got removed immediately, despite being out of reach, and despite ghost-building. Some underground belt exits are missing, and one is perpendicular to the rest of the belt run.

The missing underground belt exits are explained by this, once the existing belt goes missing: viewtopic.php?p=631867 However, I believe the removal of the underground belts and the misaligned exit is new.

I don't know if the removed underground belts ended up in my inventory, but it should be possible to check from the replay.

What did you expect to happen instead?
A perfect sequence of underground belts should have been planned between the existing perpendicular underground belts. The existing belt runs should not have been touched.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Repeatable, see attached replay.
