[2.0.20] Cannot scroll quality inside space platform UI

I can no longer scroll through quality with ghost cursor inside the space platform UI

1. Pick a ghost item using the pipette tool within the space platform UI
2. hold alt and scroll, it will scroll the UI but not cycle through the quality of the item in the cursor
3. However quality scrolling works if you move the cursor outside of the UI

This causes some difficulty to select quality stuff to request from the space platform
