[2.0.13] Character GUI cannot be closed by pressing mouse button again

[2.0.13] Character GUI cannot be closed by pressing mouse button again

Settings:

Flat character GUI is off
All mouse buttons 4/5 are cleared
Mouse button 4 or 5 is set to open char screen

Expected:

Pressing the same Mouse button 4 or 5 again to close the menu if it's already open.

Actual:

Nothing happens
