[1.1.110-0] Minor Graphics Bug Concerning Inserters and Artillery

There is a minor graphical issue (similar to viewtopic.php?f=47&t=106501&p=585815&hi ... ry#p585815) where inserter arms are drawn over artillery barrels. In the other post, Rseding mentioned that cannons drawing over cannons may be difficult to fix, but maybe the bug might be easier to fix for entities of different types. Couldn't hurt to waste a bit of SQL bytes on a new forum post
