Gleba - Ship stuck "Waiting for rocket to arrive" while Rocket Silo stuck with incomplete request

I have an issue where my space ship will not leave for it's journey as it's waiting on a rocket to arrive.
The ship is reserved waiting for incoming resources from the Rocket Silo, which is also stuck waiting on items to arrive.
The items are marked "On the way" by the silo, but the requests are not being filled by bots, even though there is thousands available.

Seems to be an issue with the bot job scheduling? I'm not really sure
My suspicion is that the science packs are reserved for delivery but spoiled before job completion, and the requests are now stuck

Turning on bot debug shows there are no bots with the silo as the destination, despite jobs actively delivering from production to the storage next to the silo

They will reliably empty the silo once the ship manually leaves without issue
But they will quite often get stuck jobs preventing them refilling the rocket again
Again, pulling science packs from right next to the silo


This presents as a similar issue to: 118163
Ship cannot leave due to rocket on the way, which will not fire due to waiting on items which the logi network will never deliver

It's always stuck in multiples of the bot carry capacity I currently have of 4
This makes me much more confident it's an issue with spoilage breaking queued jobs

I encountered the same issue but without any spoilage. Rocket refuses to be fully loaded now with Fluoroketone barrels

I dont think so. Linked issue is about robots not been able to find better roboport to charge but here problem is robots not delivering requested item

The OP's problem is caused by stuck robots. Please make your own report and attach a save file, this is difficult to debug from screenshots. But before you do that, please verify if it's not the same issue as 118933 - it looks very similar to your screenshots.
