If you load the save and jump to Nauvis, it's set to the parameterized build. I'm posting it here as a reference. I would routinely replace the build with T2/T1 module. (This was before I figured out how to use ingredients and had to select the T1.) At some point in the past, pasting it broke the buffer chest. I only noticed because I went to copy the factory and make a duplicate of it and was presented with a weird param dialog.
The buffer chest has this as a request. Notice the param signal, which isn't an option when selecting buffered items:
If you copy the module subfactory and paste it, this happens:

Re: [2.0.14] Replacing parameterized sub-factory led to parameter signal exposed
Thanks for the report. I will consider this a duplicate of 118543 which is not a bug. In settings you can choose to have parameters enabled in those gui. There is nothing broken when they are set on entities.

I do not have that setting enabled, and I cannot select the param symbol for logistics. The broken part is that the game did something which I cannot do, and was not expected.
