What did you do?
I opened the blueprint import string dialog box and tried to paste a blueprint string using Ctrl-C and using the "Paste" button
What happened?
I am unable to paste more than 64511 characters into the text box.
However, if I paste 64510 characters, I can continue typing, but I am not able to paste any additional text past the cursor.
Trying to paste a smaller string overwrites the existing content.
What did you expect to happen instead?
For Factorio to paste the contents of the clipboard into the text box
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always

Re: [raiguard] [2.0.11][Linux x64] Can't paste large blueprint import strings
Update:
By switching the preferred video driver from X11 to Wayland in Factorio's graphics settings, the clipboard now functions correctly.
So I assume this has something to do with how Wayland transfers clipboard data to X11 based applications.
I verified that this is still present in 2.0.14 using Brian's trains as an example blueprint book which is very large (200,000+ characters).
With Wayland as the preferred driver it works, but the X11 driver doesn't.
Regards, TS.
