[2.0.11] Electromagnetic plant research does not counts quality holmium plates

On screenshot - 40 holmium plates already crafted (35 normal, 3 uncommon, 2 rare), but only 35 are counted in research progress (70%, 35/50). Not sure if this is a bug or not, even if it is - seems to be very minor one.

Same issue here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=117848

Looks like all quality items are not being counted towards item craft research requirements.
