Robots can't build this elevated rail blueprint

I was experimenting with the grid position parameter on this blueprint and managed to get a value that the bots can't build. The rails are off center from their supports. I think it has to do with my grid position being odd instead of even.

This looks to be a duplicate of 117957. As for the placed ghosts, the elevated rails do not align with rail supports so robots cannot build them.
