As per the title, I had a mine that was missing efficiency modules when it was built. However, it finished mining and was automatically marked for deconstruction (presumably this could be done manually, but the mod makes it more likely to happen).
Next time I walked by and robots tried to service the area, they appear to have tried to resolve both problems at once, and the game hard-crashes as a result.
Attached save is from approximately a second before the game crashes; no action is necessary to trigger the bug.
Disabling my personal roboport and manually picking up the mining drill prevents the bug from occurring; the roboport can be re-enabled and service the rest of the mining drills once the one marked for deconstruction is no longer there.
