Random freeze when in game
I don't have any steps to reproduce other than host a multiplayer game and wait until the server hangs. I'm on macOS Sonoma 14.5, Mac mini M2 Pro

How old is the save when selected in the load menu?

It was a brand new save that I had started. It seems the bug is worse than I thought, as even single player is affected, though it seems to take a bit longer. I started a new save, and it started to hang after an hour and 42 min. It even hung in the menu one time, though I forgot to grab the log for that.

Try installing and running the non-steam version from factorio.com.

I ran the non-steam version, and it didn't freeze. I even had the game running overnight
