[1.1.107] Crash exiting game

What did you do?
I just saved my game, exited to main menu and then I clicked on "Quit" in the main menu.

What happened?
The game exited as expected but I also got this error message.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The game should exit without any error message. (as it normally does)

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Not reproducable for me. This was a first for me and it only happened once yet.
