[1.1.8] "Continue multiplayer game" saves IP address instead of hostname

I connect to a friend's server by hostname and port, like "example.com:100". Sometimes this server's IP address changes, and when this happens, the "continue game" button fails to connect until we click on "connect to host" and enter the hostname again or the new IP address.

It strikes me that the usual use case when connecting through a hostname would be to continue to use that hostname even if DNS records change.

That was already fixed in 1.1.9.
Fixed that resolved server address (when specified by name) was saved and reused when hitting the continue button, making it useless if the server uses dynamic IP address. (93751)
