[0.18.18] No visualization for pasting offshore pump from clipboard

When copy/cut -ing offshore pump there is no visualization for pasting offshore pump from clipboard (see gif).
Although visualization shows when you trying to place offshore pump if you have one in inventory or if you ghost place it manually.

Also, sorry if i should make another on post, but i think it will seems that i creating some spam...
The game shows green rectangle that between two offshore pumps located close to each other, there is a space in which you can place another pump, but this is not true (see screenshot).
