I went to go attack a biter base. I arrived at the base, built a few turrets, got overrun, nearly died, and jumped in my car to escape. A few seconds of driving later (still under attack), the game crashed, producing the following line near the end of the factorio-current log file

1545.598 Error Commandable.cpp:320: this->lastDamageDealer->getSubstitute() == *this->lastDamageDealer was not true
I attempted to reproduce by reloading the save, getting back in the car, going back to the base, getting out, baiting the biters, then getting in while under attack and driving away, but the game did not crash.

This game is somewhat modded, however I don't think I have any mods in play that directly affect biters or cars (other than RSO). Unfortunately I don't have a save file that came more immediately before the crash (I run a 10 minute autosave interval).
