[0.17.45] Flickering icons

This problem started since version 0.17 was released. It lies in the fact that periodically in full screen pictures appear and flicker very quickly. This happens 2-3 seconds. If you stand still, this picture will remain. If you start to move, it disappears.

Thanks for the report.
When this happens, can you immediatelly save the game (while it is happening) and post the save here? Also include another screenshot (even if the glitch went away, but don't change zoom level, so I can match your view exactly)
