[0.17.12] Crash on setting train condition.

The game is crashing for me when I attempt to set a new temporary train stop. The crash is repeatable and I've included two videos of it crashing as well. There's no mods installed. Files are listed below.

Steps to recreating failure.
1) Artillery train has a current temporary train stop that leaves on the condition "Passenger Present".
2) Tell the train to move to a new temporary train stop location.
3) Game crashes.

(Also, this is maybe the 2nd time I ever came across a bug that crashed the game and I've played on close to every experimental version since 0.12 with about 1050 hours played )'

Thanks for the report, it is a duplicate of a bug we fixed for a 0.17.13 (to be released today soon).
