Thanks for the report - this is a duplicate of: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=65726

Something about your system is special in that the operating system rejects any attempts to remove files from directories the game should be able to remove files from. If you know what might be causing that please let us know.

My post was earlier than theirs, I'm not a dublicate
Just kidding.

Idk what's wrong with my os, a week before 0.17 I was playing 0.16 and everything was good.
Maybe there's some corruption after update from 0.16 with config files or something else.
I'll try reinstall my game completely after work. I hope this will fix it.

Bug reports come and go quickly throughout the day/night and post creation order gets lost Which one gets marked as a duplicate doesn't really effect anything - it's just a way of handling the posts and getting them either solved or moved out of the main listing.

Alright. I did an expetiment.
Completely uninstall and install Steam version of Factorio 0.17.3 and deleted all AppData files.
Still have this issue.

After this I downgraded to a stable version 0.16.51
Everything works perfectly fine. Saves and ini files deleted/rewrites without any issue.

There's nothing that we've changed around this in 0.17 and nothing we can do to prevent the error.

I think you've accidentally broken sometihng in 0.17, and this is a bug.
