[0.16.51] Productivity Module 2 Pollution display Is Inaccurate

Productivity Modules have a pollution "bonus" of +7.5% each, despite the game calculating and displaying it as +7%.

Thanks for the report. Pollution is also effected by energy consumption which productivity modules also effect.
