All Research requires only 1 of each Science Packs

All Research requires only 1 of each Science Packs

After the last 16.X Updatein Steam i logged in to my standart Map (singleplayer, pretty old) and noticed that a long Research i had going suddenly finished. On further investigation i saw that all of the endless Research branches now require only 1 of each Science-Pack.

Edit: No Mods installed

I wish those that moved these to duplicates / not a bug, would post why. I don't want to update to 16.44 until this is addressed.
