Belts from opposing forces should not affect each other. Attached is an example save containing this behavior.
Repro steps:
1. Create belts from the default force
2. Switch to an opposing force.
3. Build (or ghost) a belt that would change the shape (such as a corner belt changing shape with a belt in the opposite direction).
Expected:
Belt from default force will not change shape; belt from opposing force will not overflow onto belt from default force.
Actual:
Belts are treated like normal.
Example: See picture. Bottom two belts are from the default force. Top belt is from the "test" force. This picture is taken from the attached save.
