So i had exacly the same error:
I could fix it by deleting my blueprint-storage.dat
Before that, i coudn't create new games, coudn't load savegames and coudn't join servers.
That isn't exactly true, i could load one game, the strange thing is, that when i create a blueprint on this map and put it in the library, that contains a inserter, then i coudn't load other saves/new games. So i exported all my blueprints to strings, deleted blueprint-storage.dat and imported them on a other map.
That worked...
The only working map was a save from an OARC Wilderness spawn custom scenario server. I don't know if it helps you guys to fix this, but here is the save: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-Ao9W ... sp=sharing
