Wont Boot Clean Install of factorio

I have windows 10 pc with steam. I performed a clean install from steam to the experimental version 0.15.x but i crash at 98% loading on start with a cryptic error "Value must be a dictionary in property tree at root.other"

Duplicate of viewtopic.php?f=30&t=44506, should be fixed in 0.15.1. Until then you can get it to work by disabling the Steam Cloud feature.
