Single player, wasn't doing anything interesting, but tabbed out of the game. Tabbed back in, a few seconds, game crashes.
Not sure if it's related, but my mouse's scroll wheel seems to have stopped working in all apps after the crash.

Possible the mouse wheel is unrelated - still not working after reboot, it just seems... perfectly timed.

Repro again - this time I just reloaded the map, and tried to place the same rail I tried before. No tabbing in or out.
