0.13 Can not rename train stations

Windows 10, 0.13 on Steam

Using an existing save file.

Upon clicking the text box to type in a new name for the train station, the window closes and returns to the "main" train stop window. Right clicking on the box will clear it and immediately give a "The stop name is empty" error.
