Just tell us if 'tuesday' means something like minutes after midnight, or during actual workhours on said day? Not sure if I should go to bed tonight if it's the former.

It will tell you that a new update is available and ask you whether you want to update when starting the game if the "Check for updates when launching Factorio" and "Enable experimental updates" options in Options --> Other are enabled.
You can also download the installer/zip-versions for the new update from the website as soon as it is released, check for the "experimental" link on the downloads page.

Steam will not automatically update the game, you'll need to explicitly opt-in on the Betas tab in the game properties.

Tuesday begins at 00:00, so i hope i can play 0.15 when i came form my nightshift in the morning. :D
If i can't i give factorio a bad steam review ;)

btw why the bad steam review increases? About 20 more in the last 3 month?

Don't want to crush your hopes, but the last updates always went life at working hours, by which I mean czech working hours. If you live in America, you could get lucky. If you live in Australia, you are most certainly out of luck ;)

Yes, yes and yes. Heat pipe is power source, boiler and heat exchanger are same entity type. And steam engine and turbine are same entity type.
Does this mean that we can click on the heat pipe to see the heat produced and consumed, just like in the electric network window?

When it will be released:

Just look the last 3-4 major released it will be around 11 am and 18 pm. So working times. But my guess is evening... so still a lot of time to run in circels.

I got this error message each time:
Value must be a dictionary in property tree at ROOT.other
disabling steam-cloud sync seems to work so far. let's go :D
