Anti-griefer scenario : WatchdogGriefers v1

Hello,
I just wanted to do a watchdog thing to help the admins spot the griefers. It will write in the file logs.txt all the suspicious activities, in %appdata%/Factorio/script-output/logs.txt
You can also add it very easily in an existing savegame without using the scenario by just adding the control.lua of the scenario in your existing savegame (just do a backup just in case)
