[0.17] Map Editor Problem?

So i just can't figure out how to remove the tile "Out of Map". I placed it in the map and now i can't change the tile into something else anymore. I need help.

Try [SHIFT]+Left Click with the tile you're trying to place selected over the out of map tile(s).
