[1.1.33] Corrupt map: unknown tile

I've been running Factorio for some time and I decided to restart the game. After trying to load the save I get an odd error

Corrupt map: unknown tile 134.

I get the same error when trying to load any of my 1.1.33 saves. However I can load very old saves from 1.1.32 without any issues.

I'm not sure if this issue is related to the Game version or I've simply done something on tile 134 that has broken the map loading.

Hello, luckily, I was able to fix the save, but the reason it got corrupted is probably just random bit-flip in tile data.
