[0.17.9] Errors when auto-updating to .10

Doesn't appear to be the same problem as earlier, a zip which I assume is the patch content successfully downloads to the temp folder, but something goes wrong after that.

The previous update .8 -> 0.9 worked fine for me. I'm on Windows 7 using what was originally a zip install.

Thanks for the report however there's nothing we can do about that: the updater failed because the operating system said it wasn't allowed to do what it needs to do.

Huh. Weird. I've continued to have problems with this, almost seems like every other update fails, where as I don't remember having these troubles back in 0.16 so... I donno. But I guess it's possible something changed on my system in the mean time.
