[0.17.9] Won't start due to Base not being able to be loaded

When I start the 0.17.9 game it tries to load the game but I get this errror.
Reproduced 4 times.

Might have fixed it went to steam and revalidated files. New files are downloading. I will see if it works.

From the error message it seems like one or more data files were corrupted. I am glad you managed to get it to work.
