[kovarex] MP Desync on vanilla 0.14.17

Place for things which are bugs but we have no idea how to solve them. Things related to hardware, libraries, strange setups, etc.

[kovarex] MP Desync on vanilla 0.14.17

Got this desync, was playing on a vanilla MP server last night.
Heading up to it the server started lagging for me (by form of "catching up", UPS was high and there was no buffer building)
I desynced, the game did its save and reconnect, catch up thing. After I caught up it desynced again. After that game saved and it downloaded the server version I quit during catching up (so that it wouldn't desync again)

Weird... both of your desync reports have identical reference and desynced levels. Something triggered the desync but the map contents are identical.

Yes, I also tried to run the game in heavy mode and still couldn't find anything, so I guess we will have to leave this and wait for different report.

Okay, sorry it didn't work out. Could have been something networking related since the game was tripping out before.

Also, FYI, I checked my RAM, it passed the check.
