[Update] [Twinsen] "Error when opening"

Hi,
when I try to update Factorio I got this error:

When I look in the directory the file "Builtin-Types.html" is missing.
The "Permission denied" error is strange, I'm able to create files inside this folder with the explorer.

Also, after I restart the game (it was not automatically restarted), It's showed as Updated to 0.14.7. Do I have a corrupt game now?

3 files seem to have mysteriously disappeared from your doc-html folder.

Your game can not be updated so you will have to manually get the latest version from the website.

Without a way of reproducing the problem I'm afraid I don't know what really happened. It looks like a hard drive problem.

Error when opening D:\Spiele\Factorio_latest\data\..\doc-html\Builtin-Types.html for writing: Permission denied

Any reason why opening causing a "Permission denied" error when there is no file? Does the updater check if the file exist before opening or result each failure in a "Permission denied"?

PS: For future users who see this error, is there anything, that could help you to identify it?

Edit: Just to note, "chkdsk" does not find an error. But maybe the files got deleted by another program....

Deleting the files prior to the update gives the correct error message, so I don't understand why the "Permission denied" error appeared and the file disappeared.
