0.12.0 Random crash on fresh install - linux64

After downloading and extracting alpha version my first run crashed at mod loading at 10% of progress.

Following runs were all flawless.

I decided to try to reproduce the crash but it seems it's happening randomly, although every first time it's stuck on mod loading for a few seconds (I have no mods installed)

Well, this seems like some deep open gl graphics problem related to the linux configuration, I'm sorry but I have no idea what could I do with that.
