[2.0.7] Error updating to 2.0.8 "Couldn't remove Factorio.exe: Access is denied."

Just installed SA 2.0.7, ran it, showed me there is an update available, clicked to update and then the error happened during updating
Problem: Could not access Factorio.exe both from \Users\ and \Program Files\ due to it running the update
After restarting the update, problem is reproduced

I would suspect some other process (antivirus, virus, something else running in the background) is preventing this.
