collection of interesting mod packages?

Post by noliVe »

As the topic might be spoiling the idea I hope you can help me gathering 1-4 interesting packages?

well the next version is coming [a supreme "hurray" to the developers] and I am thinking of a collection of some mods for our server
my focus would be a topic related package of mods

like :
- PvP - Package

- Trainworld Extended

- Periodic Table Minerals ( all of the related )

- Fantasy Mods

I would be honored for your interesting posts and ideas

Bob's ores mod will add a fair amount of useful ores, but then you need something to actually use them on.

The rest of bob's mods might be more than what you're looking for though.

yes bobs, of course, is the best well-known package

but I hoped some users would help me gather some more mods in one group.
but it seems like this community doesn't like to help with this ;)

It's not that they don't like to help, I've seen some quite in depth discussions about it. The lack of responses is likely more due to the whole "This conversation again?" type of perspective.

I'd give a list myself... but I don't have a list to give.

When it comes to Factorio, my world is limited to my own mods. It's getting to the point where by the time I've updated my mods for the current major release, my interest in the game falls off. The 0.15 update was particularly hard on me due to having to rework so many things due to the quite numerous base game changes. So by the time that was done, plus a few small additions and tweaks, I'd burned out.

What mod package are you looking for?
More or less enemies, easy or difficult logistics, production chains or some new experience like base in the train?

@ bobingabout your mods still are awesome, you heard that so many times I would strongly suggest to anyone tests out his stuff that's amazing work!
I wish I could support you but im burned out myself so your reward is my advert for you ;P viewtopic.php?t=45001

@darkfrei , well
mods you can say fit well together. like o you would put mod a,b,c and d best experience.

main reason for that get some great suggestions here ( since mod portal rating system is kind of strange yet )
