Installing mods on steam version

How do i instll mods on the steam version, can't find the mods folder

%appdata%/factorio/mods

edit I forgot windows 10 when using %appdata% tends to search it on the web so you can past this into your start menu and hit enter instead as well:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods

never happened to me... maybe because you use / instead of \ ?
