Although people who have been playing the game for years may have very little to learn from the title / menu screen, brand new players will be exposed to concepts which they might have preferred to discover on their own. For instance, the use of intermediary chests (and stack inserters) when loading or unloading train cars. (Really, if the devs are so eager to show how to build things in the menu screen why not just include a default set of blueprints so the player never has to learn anything?)
Would it be possible to somehow obscure the background content of the title / menu screen? One slightly unpleasant option might be to simply make all of the menus fill up the screen...

Re: Spoiler-free title / menu screen
Just turn it off yourself with the available settings.
Do you actually think this is a reasonable comparison or are you just pretending to be dumb?SomeLazyBastard wrote: ↑Fri Jul 16, 2021 9:28 pm(Really, if the devs are so eager to show how to build things in the menu screen why not just include a default set of blueprints so the player never has to learn anything?)
